Update your shower manifold, the fixture that turns on the water, get a new glass door, install new tile and maybe make a niche in the wall for your bottle of shampoo/conditioner. Also, you might put a bench in there to sit on or for women to put their legs against while shaving them. Be imaginative, as most everything is possible. Body sprays are also nice accessories.
