I need a statistic on how much more money you get back if you are selling a house with a remodeled bathroom.

    Most of the time you will not even recover 100% of the cost of the remodel. Maybe 75-80%.
    For example, if you put in $4000, you might be able to ask $3000 more for the house.
    This can be different if you are acutally ADDING a bathroom.
