Should We Put A Bathtub In Our Remodeled Bathroom?

We are remodeling our bathroom but did not plan on putting a bathtub in it because we have a hot tub. We were just going to put a shower in it. We do have another full bathroom upstairs that does have a bathtub in it. We plan on selling our house in a couple years and after watching HGTV House Hunters, I see that most people want a bathtub in the master bath. Do you think we should put one in to help sell the house or just forgo the bathtub because we don’t use it?

I saw pics of this house I am thinking of buying and there is an old toilet and old sink vanity (which is very small). I need to gut out the bathroom and replace everything. The only fixture I could or want to save is the toilet, which is the cheapest to replace.
